Refugees + Immigrants United

Refugees + Immigrants United (RIU) is a Colorado-based, refugee-founded and refugee-led non-profit organization driven and powered fully by refugees and immigrants who bring both lived and professional expertise. We are dedicated to connecting, educating, and celebrating the unique perspectives and expertise of refugees and immigrants.

Our mission is to empower our communities, foster understanding, and engage the broader public through events, educational initiatives, and the preservation of our rich cultural heritage.

We are dedicated to providing education, professional development, training, public speaking services to raise awareness and provide education about and on issues affecting refugees and immigrants. We host and partner with community partners for community and celebratory events aimed at fostering dialogue, connecting our communities with broader communities, educating the public, and honoring the rich diversity and richness of our refugee and immigrant communities.
